Wild mushrooms!

Yes! we love the autumn and with it all the exciting wild mushrooms. Soon we will start seeing white truffles in the menus!

In the meantime we are enjoying one of our favourite simple dinners. Sauteed girolles with garlic, parsley and a drizzle of lemon juice. Home made sourdough and a oozy poached egg.  All ready at the table in less than 10 min!
