February 2016 Supper Club: Winter Warmer

Following on from our successful Supper Club debut we are delighted to tell you that we will be hosting monthly events. Our next Supper Club will be held at our Battersea kitchen on Thursday, 25 February 2016 at 7.30pm. We would be thrilled if you could join us. To whet your appetite here is the menu:

WELCOME

Hibiscus and Prosecco Cocktail
‘Nutty Nibbles’

STARTER

 Pumpkin risotto (v)
Garnished with pan-fried mushrooms, toasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil

 MAIN COURSE

 Guinea fowl supreme with roast garlic and tarragon brioche pudding
Served with pea and tarragon jus
OR
Garlic and white bean stew with gremolata (v)

 DESSERT

 Walnut and salted caramel tart
Served with baked chocolate ganache, crème fraiche and orange oil
