Hi all! We are back! As we get busier and busier with more lovely amba chefs events we are struggling to find time to host our monthly supper clubs. So we can plan great menus and fun evenings for all of us to enjoy, we will be hosting them on a seasonal basis. We will be celebrating the summer with a great Spanish tapas evening where we will bring a little bit of Spain into our Battersea kitchen. Join us on Friday the 19th August for a fun Spanish fiesta!

SUMMER TAPAS MENU
Mango and peach sangria
Chilled salmorejo with almond crusted prawns and egg mimosa *
Gildas (salted anchovy, guindilla pepper and olive skewer) *
Monte Enebro stuffed courgette flowers with crab &courgette salad*
Spanish tortilla with piquillo peppers (V)
Escalivada (smoky grilled vegetable salad) (V)
Pinchos morunos (spicy marinated lamb skewer) & Padrón peppers
Monkfish, mussels and chorizo stew with almond picada
Curd pudding with PX poached nectarines and hazelnut and brown sugar ice cream
