We are now hosting monthly supper clubs in our beautiful kitchen in Battersea. Come and join us for a fun night of delicious food and great company where each month one of the amba chefs will come up with her own personal menu.
On 19 November, our first ever supper club will be hosted by Angela with a delicious Anglo-Italian menu. Angela is second-generation Italian, her parents emigrated to England in the 60s bringing with them their passion for food which they kindly passed on to their daughter. We will be saluting the arrival of winter with some of the best the British season has to offer with an Italian twist:
Crab salad with fennel, radishes and Amalfi lemon mayo
Cocoa, duck and wild mushroom tortellini
Fig and Marsala tart with pistachio ice cream
Coffee and truffles
